Please join us in congratulating Sofia Aguas, Natalie Buere, and Guadalupe Tadeo for their outstanding achievements in the Congressional Art Competition! These talented HHS students earned all three top places in the contest! A special congratulations goes to Sofia Aguas, whose winning artwork will be displayed in the halls of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C., for an entire year. Sofia also received two tickets to Washington, D.C. to visit her artwork in person. Here is a note from Congressman Jay Obernolte: Each spring, the Congressional Art Competition celebrates the creativity of high school students across the nation. I’m thrilled to announce the 2025 winners from California’s 23rd District, selected by our expert panel of judges. Their talent reflects the bright future of the arts in our community.
